Key Changes to COFL Portal Sample Submission Process

There have been several recent updates in the client portal submission process. Please note the following changes:

  • Step 4 Update:
    • The “i” icon contains additional information for easier guidance
  • Step 5 Update:
    • Auto Increment ID field is no longer required.
  • Step 6 Updates:
    • Collection Dates are now required. We understand this may add extra steps, but it is necessary for accurate records and compliance.
    • Transport Medium entry is no longer required.
  • Step 7 Update:
    • A button to open the test catalog in a new tab has been added for easier access to test information.
