In the new LIMS, WVDL has made some changes regarding reporting of a few PCR assays that detect and differentiate 2 or more strains of the same organism. Previously, we reported one result and if the result was positive we would include a comment as to which strain was detected. In the new LIMS, results for both strains will appear on the report. Details of these changes are as follows:

- Bovine torovirus (Breda) Real Time PCR
- Chlamydia Real Time PCR
- Equine herpesvirus Type 1 Real Time PCR
- Mink astrovirus Real Time PCR
